SUI Staking on Bake: Step-By-Step Guide
Ready to start earning rewards on your SUI tokens? This guide will take you through setting up SUI staking on the Bake mobile app.
STEP 1: Create an Account
The first step to start staking on Bake is to create an account. To participate in SUI staking, you must complete the Proof of Identity.
STEP 2: Enter “Bake” and Select SUI
Enter the “Bake” tab at the bottom of the screen and find “SUI.” This can be done with the search function or under the Top Assets section.
STEP 3: Select SUI Staking
You will then be presented with a list of services available for SUI (currently only staking). Select the “SUI Staking” option and continue.
STEP 4: Enter an Amount to Stake
Enter how much SUI you would like to stake.
STEP 5: Select How Long to Stake
You will then be presented with options to “lock in” your SUI for a fixed period of time. These options range from 1 month to 10 years and have their own added benefits.
If you wish NOT to lock your funds for any period of time, select the “Flexible” option — this will allow you to stake and unstake your funds at any time.
STEP 6: Deposit/Purchase SUI
The next step is to fund your account with some SUI. You can do this by depositing SUI you already own or using our fiat on-ramp (via Transak only) to purchase SUI.
STEP 7: Review and Confirm
The final step is to review your selections. If you are happy with your choices, hit the confirm button to stake your SUI tokens and start earning.
